State Route Paving Project


Pennsylvania State Route 2020 was a full depth replacement of existing composite pavement which carries ADT of 18,799 with 5 to 27% truck traffic.  The truck traffic on this road consists of semi-truck traffic to and from landfill and warehouse facilities.  The base course used consisted of PG 64-22, 25mm, 6” depth, HMA, 30 million ESAL SUPERPAVE mix, with PG 76-22, 19mm, 3” depth HMA intermediate course, 30 million ESAL SUPERPAVE mix.
